Good friends are good for your health.
In celebration lets remind ourselves of the wonderful benefits of friendships. Friends can help you celebrate good times and provide support during bad times, prevent loneliness and give you a chance to offer needed companionship, too.
Increase your sense of belonging and purpose in life
Boost your happiness and reduce your stress or anxiety
Improve your self-confidence and let you see your self-worth
Helping you cope with traumas and life's struggles, such as illness, divorce or relationship breakdown, job loss or the death of a loved one
They encourage you to change or avoid unhealthy lifestyle habits.
There to listen when you need to be heard
Good friends are loyal and accept you for who you are without judgement. They are honest enough to tell you when you're not being a good friend yourself and need to step back. Other features of a good friends is loyalty, honesty, and kindness and most people want friends who are trustworthy.
