Let yourself go and splash paint making on paper, or paint dots or swirls just relax.

In general doing something creative will help you become more mindful, which is ideal as it's believed that mindfulness can reduce anxiety, stress and depression.

Divide a sheet of paper into squares to create small pictures of words, zen drawings let your imagination wander.

In the words of Anne of Green Gables

"Looking forward to things is half the pleasure of them"

"Imagination is a wonderful thing"

When your spark has gone out, ignite it with someone else’s

My friend made a beautiful picture and I wanted to create my own version. It was a doodle drawing with watercolour or pencils.

Just sit deep breath and let your hand flow over the paper, which colours are you attracted to today.

Make a collage

If you have any old magazines, recycle them into a creative picture.  Cut out colours sections or images,  that you are attracted to and make a collage.

Remembering lockdown

Creative art for all ages and abilities.

I would love to see what you have created.

Why not add your work to share and inspire others as a group member?
