Waking Up with Thoughts in the Night

I am often awoken with amazing thoughts in the early hours at night, ideas, inspiration, my mind seems to click and provide solutions to things I was thinking about during the day as if by magic!

It used to leave me feeling frustrated and cross with myself for not been able to sleep and worrying what I would be like in the morning and set my mind racing on all the TO DO things....... I felt guilty that my creative ideas seemed to be taking over my thoughts

In time and learning to be kind to myself....

Now I can recognice these early morning spells can be a potent time for receiving new ideas, insights, inspiration and my bright light moment – I have come to expect it’s a heightened awareness state of mind.

So, if you ever find yourself awake before you need to be, I highly recommend not rushing to rise, and instead first of all I "brain dump" write down what I am thinking keeping a writing pad and pen at side of the bed, or save a note on my phone (whichever works for you)

Then think I m going to enjoying a spell of snuggled-up and rest, take slow deep breaths, whilst lying down eyes closed, breath deeply and think I am learning to balance my mind.

And I hope that by sharing my observation, you might be tempted to test the theory out in your own life, so that you can enjoy more of whatever it is that your heart and soul are craving as remember its your mind's way of helping you.

When your thinking of helping others

I believe it takes courage to offer to help others with something we haven’t yet mastered.

Firstly, we get to feel good about helping others – however messy, imperfect or amateurish our efforts may be and all it needs sometimes is a smile.

And helping others adds meaning to our lives, boosts our self image, and makes the world a better place. Be the change you want to see.

Helping others is not only good for them and a good thing to do, it also makes us happier and healthier too.

Giving also connects us to others, creating stronger communities and helping to build a happier society for everyone.

This is why my brain is filled with creative ideas as I am building "Creative Wellness Journey" with a passion and desire to share with others.

And it's not all about money - we can also give our time, ideas and energy.
