People wait all week for Friday
All year for summer
All their life for happiness
Are you guilty of squandering precious moments in your life?
Have you been living life on a pre-made path where you realise it's never going to really arrive anywhere soon?
Maybe you are feeling afraid to take a risk?
Or you recognise that it is time to go on a different direction a journey of discovery and exploration of self and the future.
The purpose of life is to be happy
I am in no way suggesting you have to be happy and positive all the time.
After all we are human and on our life's journey things happen.
It's how we handle situations, feeling, emotions that determine what we do. think, feel or react.
Are you guilty of squandering precious moments in your life.
Your time is way too valuable
to be wasting on people
that can't accept who you are.
You are never too old to start over
Live the life you were meant to live, and don't let time hold you back from doing what you want to do.
As our life continues forward, remember that you are in constant motion
There's no limit to how much you can grow, learn, and become a better person
You are never stuck, it is never too late to reach out
In the end it’s not the years in life that count
but the life in your years
Are you looking to find your
Inner strength
Wisdom
Confidence
When I knew my life had to change
How was I feeling
Like I was being drawn by a strong pull to what I loved being creative
Magic is believing in yourself
You must be the change you wish to see in the world
How did I overcome obstacles?
............allowing myself to accept changes that might bring good things to me
............take a deep breath and count in and out
............choose who you associate with or spend most of your time with
............figure out my short and long terms goals
............journaling and writing down my thoughts everyday
............create a daily routine and stick to it
............to do list breakdown into priority, not urgent, urgent but not important
............find an empty quiet space or use earphones to reduce noise
............avoid multitasking (one thing at a time)
............set breaks and have time limits
............in my calendar or journal mark out time to rest, relax or read
............limit or reduce playing games or social media interactions
............work out a plan for timescales be realistic
............if the day doesn't go as planned don't worry it happens
............think there's always tomorrow, I can do this
To reduce stress, the fewer tasks you have to complete under urgent the better

Doing what I feel a passion for
Moving forward
Trust my instincts
Leave career to start my own business
Normal work environment to self employed
Where I am today
Now I wear many hats chief executive officer, marketing director, entrepreneur, financier, visionary, planner as well as community mentor, artist and author.
Motivated by my desire to become the best I can be, doing something I love everyday makes this feel right.
My future goal to build a sustainable business for the right reasons.
